Informed.IQ’s machine learning models are trained to process hundreds of different types of documents and consumer-permissioned data sources, automating verifications for lenders. In 2022, Informed.IQ processed almost 2 million auto and consumer loan applications and automated over $110 billion in loan originations to date from 6 of the top 10 lenders in the United States. Informed.IQ’s AI quickly automates verifications with a high accuracy with no humans-in-the-loop. Informed.IQ is expanding its reach within major financial institutions and credit unions to help offer auto loans, personal loans to their customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support and services for Informed.IQ’s technical post-sales implementation & go-live activities.
- Draw upon experience working at the enterprise level to deliver moderate to complex solutions.
- Engage with customers and the Informed.IQ account team during the pre-sales phase to determine how to structure the Informed.IQ solution and implementation for ongoing success and post implementation to ensure the customer is realizing value from the Informed.IQ Products.
- Effectively position the value of the Informed.IQ platform-related solutions as part of the overall sales proposal.
- Deliver value focused / results-oriented proposals and solutions.
- Evaluate customer’s process gaps and IT challenges to carve out Informed.IQ’s value proposition.
- Present Informed.IQ implementation proposals to customers.
- Facilitate meetings with diverse groups of project stakeholders.
- Translate customer requirements into solutions and review and critique both functional and technical designs.
- Develop collateral, best practices and solutions to be leveraged across the support community.
- Work cross-functionally to provide continuous product and process improvements.
- Develop estimates for work, proposals, solutions for customers and prospects.
- Provide technical product expertise, best practices and solutioning to the Informed.IQ Sales organization, Informed.IQ’s prospects, partners and customers.
About You
- 6+ years of industry experience as a post-sales customer solution engineer experience dealing with enterprise companies, pre-sales engineer, or similar role in Series A or later start-ups.
- Must have customer-facing experience in the above role.
- 1+ years experience working with RESTful APIs, XML or JSON schemas, scripting languages (e.g., Python or Ruby), writing SQL queries and UNIX shell scripting.
- 1+ years experience working in the cloud (e.g., AWS or other compute cloud).
- Ability to train and advise customers’ managers, architects, and developers in the best ways to use Informed.IQ’s technology.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience in a technical/analytical field.
- Ability to thrive in a start-up, self-motivate, and own projects end-to-end.
- Ability to write thorough, scalable and clear documentation.
- An inquisitive nature in diving into data inconsistencies to pinpoint issues.
- The ability to communicate cross-functionally, derive requirements and engineer solutions.
